This tutorial will show you how to integrate Google Analytics with your Site Dashboard. This allows you to easily view important website statistics reported by Google Analytics without having to visit several websites. Some of the data will also be displayed alongside our tool reports to help you measure keyword effectiveness and identify new opportunities.
When you first log-in to the SEOrankings member tools, you’ll be taken to your ‘Site Dashboard’.
From there, you can click on the ‘Website Traffic Statistics’ box, or select ‘Web Analytics’ from the drop-down menu.
Then click on the ‘Settings’ tab in the top right-hand corner.
Select ‘Google Analytics’ from the drop-down menu.
Then click ‘Save’.
Now click on the ‘Grant Access to Google Analytics’ link.
Log-in to your Google Analytics account.
Then click the ‘Grant access’ button.
Your report will update automatically, and you can scroll down to view additional statistics.
View other report types by selecting them from the reports bar near the top.
And download, print, or email each report by clicking the ‘Export’ tab.
Once you’ve completed setting up Web Analytics, a summary of your statistics will display on your Site Dashboard. Now you can configure other tools to integrate this new data.
Select ‘Rank Checker’ from the drop-down menu.
And tick ‘Show number of keyword visits’.
Then click ‘Save’.
The next time your report updates it will include the number of “actual” visits received for each keyword. You will also see visits in the ‘Keyword Tool’.
Select ‘Keyword Tool’ from the drop-down menu.
And click on the on the ‘Keyword Basket’ tab.
