It is ABSOLUTELY NOT a “server problem”… I have sat for HOURS trying REPEATEDLY to post now for WEEKS! I have tried at EVERY hour of the day! I am getting “Carpel tullel” from trying so hard to post 1 flippin thing. It is NOT “busy servers” and THAT is a FACT! Its like… Spend a MONTH trying to post a stupid ad… FINALLY get it and an hour later its “FLAGGED” FOR NOOOOO REASON! I HATE CRAIGSALIST and am DONE!

I get this message EVERY TIME I try to make my first post. I have not posted anything there for almost a year and I came back trying to sell a computer and that kept happening to me for weeks. It finally worked a few days ago. I don’t want to complain since it’s free, but I don’t want to spend 20 minutes to wait to be able to post again, because if I have to go somewhere for a hours and come back, try again, it’ll give me the same message.

Mind I also say that my password keeps being wrong on the website. They give you an option to change it temporarily, and then in your craigslist account settings, they let you change your password permanently. I have done this almost 5 times and it still always tells me I put in the wrong password, even though it was approved of the permanent change. I Emailed craigslist about this and they have yet to reply for as long as I haven’t been able to post there.

I get this when trying to post just 1 listing. craigslist is really becoming less and less useful.

I’ve found backpage.com and the Dragon Exchange (www.TheDragonExchange.com) much easier to use and more useful friendly, and with far more features, and not all of the hassle.

Sorry, craig, but it seems like you’ve been overcome with your own success.

I am really tired of the message “Craigslist Posting Servers are Busy”. I have been unable to post for more than a week now. What’s the deal? I just want to list my vehicle for sale by owner. I WILL NEVER use Craigslist again for anything!!!

I usually only have to wait a minute or two. So you can disregard the whole 20 minute BS they give ya.

Even so, I agree; it’s still an annoyance.

This is ridiculous. Wait 20 minutes? For what, just to receive the same message again? I believe Craig is focusing on the wrong things along as the wrong direction with this site IMO. Oh well.

Yep, it’s been doing the same to me. I tried to post last night, and the server was busy; then I tried to post this morning and the server was busy. I am starting to question the reliability of craigslist.

I regularly get about a 30 second to one minute delay between post. However, some times I don’t get any.

GRR!!! All day I’ve been trying to post one thing. I rarely post on CL… and I don’t understand. My sister (who was posting today also) said she never had any problems… WTF?!?
